- Fostering social (re)integration and empowering service users to lead purposeful and meaningful lives through the promotion of recovery, resilience, peer support, and self-determination.
- Families that will benefit from a whole-family approach should be identified in collaboration with other agencies and the RESET Family service. Families should be engaged in negotiations regarding their participation and engagement with the RESET services and the MPACT program. When necessary, administer parenting programs grounded in empirical evidence.
- Supervise a caseload of individuals who have children’s social care involvement, are pregnant, or have complex safeguarding requirements.
- Ensure that proper safeguarding procedures are consistently adhered to, when applicable collaborating with statutory agencies.
- Deliver comprehensive post-care support, encompassing assessment, psychosocial interventions, integrated care planning, and transfer of care.
- Advocate for service users in order to facilitate their participation in and access to partnership services.
