Upon being offered the Support Worker position, candidates will be granted a comprehensive induction program at both the local and corporate levels, as well as a level 3 certificate in “Preparing to Work in Adult Social Care.” Upon successful completion of the probationary period, you will be granted automatic enrollment into the NVQ level 3 Health and Social Care diploma program.
