We are currently looking for a personable and enthusiastic team member to join our Front of House team on weekends. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. You will be the face of our tea rooms, ensuring every customer receives a warm welcome and outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service and Hospitality
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival
- Provide detailed information about our menu and services

2. Order and Payment Handling
- Accurately take and process orders using the POS system
- Handle cash and card transactions securely
- Assist with reservations, cancellations, and enquiries
3. Coordination and Team Communication
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and back-of-house teams
- Relay special dietary needs or customer requests
- Report any service issues to supervisors
4. Cleanliness and Setup
- Maintain a clean and welcoming front-of-house area

- Escalate complex issues to management as needed
6. Occasional Support Duties
- Assist with preparation of orders for both restaurant and shop
