• Knowledge and/or experience in the application of evidence-based practices: highly motivated to work with individuals who are using substances and/or experiencing co-occurring disorders in a community setting.
• Proficient and effective in the use of Microsoft technology and software
• Maintaining records and confidentiality protocols with meticulous care.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (proficiency in English is advantageous)
• Experience in the coordination of medical-social services, participant support, and navigation
• Ability to work in close collaboration with other team members
