Position Overview:

This customer service position is accountable for direct communication with the university community regarding a diverse array of graduate student-related matters, including registration, admissions, and graduation. This position effectively communicates with customers in person, via telephone, mail, and email, in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Both orally and in writing. This role is tasked with scanning documents into Perceptive Content and establishing a connection between the documents and student accounts.

Minimum Qualifications:

An associate’s degree and a year of office administration experience, or any similar mix of education, training, and experience, are required.

  • Ensure that the TGS front station is operated efficiently by supervising and training student assistants.
  • Participate in graduate commencement ceremonies twice annually.
  • Collected and processed all incoming and outgoing mail, including campus mail.
  • Assist in other office areas as requested or necessary, or complete special tasks or projects.
  • In a timely manner, scan and link Toulouse Graduate School documents into Perceptive Content.
