Duties of Program Support Assistant Jobs:

The Radiology Service will receive a comprehensive range of administrative, clerical, and technical support from the Program Support Assistant position. The following are examples of responsibilities, but they are not exhaustive:

  • Assumes responsibility for the Electronic Inventory List (EIL), which includes the acquisition of inventory documentation, the acquisition of signatures, and the timely submission of memos.
  • Creates internal mechanisms, graphs, and workflow charts to illustrate program development, workflow efficiency, and trending data.

  • Ensures that onboarding activities are completed by coordinating the orientation of new personnel to the Radiology Service Line.
  • Prepare requests for travel and education for employees of the Radiology Service Line.
  • It is necessary to employ a variety of communication methods, such as email, fax, scan, instant message, and copy.
