You are accountable for the following responsibilities as a Medical Laboratory Assistant or Clinical Lab Assistant: the processing of blood samples and other laboratory specimens, the classification, the troubleshooting, the provision of support to our LHSC team members, and the entry of requisitions. - Ensure that specimens and supporting documentation are completed in accordance with the requirements of SOPs. Receive specimens in the laboratory and adhere to the established protocols for the management of suitable and unsuitable samples.
