In accordance with the Program Coordinator’s guidance, the LTC Program Assistant for an Iso-immersion course offered by Concordia Language Villages facilitates the execution of a customized iso-immersion program. This encompasses the leadership and contribution to a variety of program components that facilitate the immersion experience.

This can encompass a wide range of activities, such as the provision of hands-on activities (sports, games, arts/crafts, music, etc.), the organization and execution of cultural presentations, large group activities, evening programs, meal presentations, and the assistance of instructors during class time.

A Program Assistant is accountable for the implementation of program components that align with the Concordia LTC model’s parameters and the mission of Concordia Language Villages. The Program Assistant is accountable to the administrative team of Concordia Language Villages and to the respective LTC Lead Instructor/Program Coordinator.
