Role Specifics:

Working in conjunction with the team, you will assume responsibility for the daily administration of all grounds, park, and maintenance aspects at a 5-star holiday home and lodge park. To be directly responsible for the financial and efficient administration of your section of the park at all times. You will be a critical member of the park leadership team, responsible for fostering effective working relationships with all departments.

You will be accountable for achieving excellence by collaborating and influencing all team members and departments. Your exceptional personality will enable you to establish a professional yet convivial atmosphere that is enjoyable for all parties involved, including the team and customers.

The daily operation of the park’s grounds, which includes grass cutting, weeding, landscaping, edging, planting, refuse picking, and other external responsibilities, will be the primary focus of your responsibilities.
