Pressure washing, weeding, litter picking, sweeping, waste management, spot cleaning of glass doors and windows, cleansing of all stainless-steel fixtures and barriers/glass door panels, planting of flowers, cutting of grass, and pruning of trees.

Key Responsibilities:

• General maintenance and certain landscape responsibilities for the external environment, road, and parking lots
• Your responsibilities will include serving as a helpful point of contact for consumers who require assistance.
• Maintaining an awareness of health and safety concerns and promptly reporting them to the management team
• Guaranteeing that the cleaning/maintenance inspections and site-specific compliances are followed
• Maintaining the site in a safe, sanitary, and welcoming manner for our clients and customers

• Establishes new hedges, shrubs, trees, grass, and flowers.
• Mows, trims, prunes, rakes, and weeds lawns and gardens.

• Constructs and renovates stone pathways, patios, and terraces.
• Loads and unloads tools and equipment into work vehicles.
• Operating labor vehicles throughout the site
• Observes all RAMS and H&S provisions

Requirements:

• Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail in the context of housekeeping and maintenance duties.
• experience in the retail or equivalent environment as a cleaner/maintenance service is desirable.
• Capable of collaborating with a team.
• A proactive and adaptable attitude is required, as well as the ability to work independently.
• It is essential to be able to adhere to instructions.
• Flexibility in order to accommodate the requirements of the position and the organization.
• A legitimate driver’s license is required.
