Typical Duties:

Acts as a resource person by providing answers to inquiries about the Health Center’s operations and contributes to the establishment of a welcoming, visually appealing environment. Assists in the interview and intake process; maintains student health records and office records, ensuring the confidentiality of information and materials; receives emergency messages regarding accidents or illnesses and initiates appropriate triage. Provides first aid, routine health care, and orders medical and office supplies. Additionally, assists nurses in emergencies in accordance with college policy. Issues parking permits and assists students with disabilities with their personal requirements, providing them with specialized services.

Offers personalized support to colleagues and students. Guides students to the program and its resources, either individually or in groups. Acts as the lead for temporary classified personnel and supervises them. Offers administrative support for the following tasks: budgeting, equipment inventory, payroll timesheets, record keeping, filing, and correspondence. Performs related duties as necessary; attends appropriate conferences, workshops, and staff meetings as designated; records and categorizes pertinent information; monitors the use of center equipment and materials; and prepares periodic reports.

Minimum Qualifications:
