What You Will Do:

• Provide guests with compelling and vivid descriptions of the food and beverage menu items, including their origin, flavor, and preparation methods.
• Coordinate food timings; verify that the kitchen has completed the guest’s original order; communicate guest orders, including any special requirements or requests, to the kitchen. Ensure that the food is of the appropriate quality by promptly transporting the items to the guest table.
• Anticipate the needs of guests, evaluate their satisfaction, provide recommendations, and respond promptly and appropriately to their inquiries and concerns.
• We break down, clean, and reassemble the back-of-house areas, tables, buffets, and food stations.
• Retrieve and stock all food and beverage items, silver, glassware, linen, and China.
• Make sure to set all tables according to the standard and to complete the opening and closing tasks as assigned.

What You Bring:

• A minimum of two years of experience in a comparable position at a five-star luxury hotel.
