Job Duties:

As a Support Worker, you will:

  • Provide personal care, assistance with domestic tasks, and support with medication.
  • Encourage individuals to maintain mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing.
  • Promote independence by supporting access to social, educational, and employment opportunities.
  • Work closely with individuals, their families, and other professionals to help them achieve their goals.
  • Use your own interests (e.g., arts, music, sports, cooking) to enhance the lives of service users.
  • Work flexibly on a rota basis, including evenings and weekends.

Creative Support is committed to your professional growth:

  • Full local and corporate induction.
  • Enrolment in Level 3 Certificate – Preparing to Work in Adult Social Care.
  • Automatic progression to NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care upon completing probation.
  • Ongoing supervision and personal development planning.

Requirements:

  • A caring, can-do attitude with excellent communication skills.
  • Commitment to supporting others and promoting independence.
  • Experience is welcome but not essential – full training is provided.
  • Must be physically present in the UK with the right to work.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot sponsor visas at this time.
